Purpose:

1.   Create a forum for client perspective on HIHAC services and the process necessary to provide those services.

2.   Provide HIHAC's team with an on-going source of client input and feedback.

3.   Help disseminate information about HIHAC services and other relevant information back to client.

Client participation on the CAB is open to any person who receives medical services at HIHAC.  No special expertise is necessary for a client to participate on the CAB.  The duties of CAB client representatives are to gather information from other HIHAC clients in order to faithfully represent client perspectives at CAB meetings, to give client feedback about issues and projects discussed at the CAB meetings and to regularly attend and participate at CAB meetings.

Meetings are held at the University of Illinois College of Medicine - One Illini Drive - Peoria, IL. - in room A200-2.  Meeting time is 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m..   Please check with HIHAC (Roger) at 309-671-3426 prior to meeting day if you are planning to attend the CAB meeting.
