Mission Statement:

The PAAL Program will offer support, empowerment, and will get people involved in adjusting to living with HIV.

The PAAL Program will:
  • Provide HIV education from someone who is living with HIV
  • Provide linkage to community resources for people who are newly diagnosed with HIV
  • Illuminate the importance of active HIV care by helping to engage people who are not involved in care
  • Advocate to reduce HIV stigma within the community
